Predictably, the raccoon made the dogs go crazy. They barked and barked and tried desperately to get at this critter. They failed, of course, and we just had to listen to them barking for the whole morning.
Eventually, he left, but the dogs weren't ready to give up on him for a while. Eventually, they settled down and by the time I left for work, it seemed like they wouldn't bother the neighbors all day long.
